What is Our Philosophy?
We believe that each student is unique. Our fundamental responsibility as education counselors is to identify the unique qualities of each student.
We believe that a professional, caring and effective school placement cannot be made unless and until each student’s uniqueness is understood.
We believe that the ideal way to determine such uniqueness is to employ a direct and detailed interview with each client.
We believe that effective school placement cannot be achieved without personal knowledge of the recommended schools.
While we may employ databases and directories to assist us, we do not consider such aids as an adequate alternative to personal counseling.
We believe that our employees and independent consultants are our most important asset. We require that they demonstrate the highest level of personal integrity, a sincere caring and respect of children, and the ability to function effectively in a team environment.
